ec777 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the player relationship. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. ec777 will not process withdrawal requests until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and approved to ec777's satisfaction.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ec777 will close any Account found to have been registered or maintained using fraudulent information, and all funds held in such Accounts will be forfeited without recourse.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ec777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your Account.
All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your Account while authenticated with your credentials will be treated as having been made by you, whether or not they were actually authorised by you. ec777 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify ec777 immediately via live chat or the contact email address. ec777 will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
ec777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account and using a unique, strong password. These settings are available in your Account security section after logging in.
ec777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, debit card, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. Deposit funds are typically credited immediately for mobile wallet transfers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ec777 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ec777 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before authorising any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed on the Platform at the time of the request.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed if a Player's account has outstanding unresolved disputes, active responsible gaming restrictions, incomplete KYC documentation, or if there is any reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. ec777 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are outside ec777's control.
All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. ec777 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR-denominated transactions.
ec777 prohibits the use of the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming. Deposits must originate from payment methods held in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited and will result in Account closure.

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an active game session, ec777 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ec777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ec777 makes no representations regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ec777's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ec777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct; the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the Player's Account has not been used for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account); or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon Account closure, ec777 will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via the last confirmed payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements, pending investigations, and deduction of any amounts owed to ec777. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon Account closure.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ec777 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable time. ec777 will retain Account data as required by applicable law following closure.
